Our History
Chuuk Seventh-day
Adventist School was established 43 years ago on the island of Weno in Chuuk State of the Federated States of Micronesia.
where the school is currently located. Classes began in 1980 with approximately
50 students in grades 1-8.
In 1996, high school classes were introduced after the addition of a two-story
four-classroom building.
The newest classroom building, built in 2013, is a 3-classroom building built
with partial funding provided by the United States Department of Agriculture,
Rural Development (USDA-RD).
A gymnasium was added to the school property in 2017.
The school operates as both an elementary and secondary school, depending on enrollment trends and staff availability. Currently, we have 222 students attending Grades K to 9th.
